If I could i would give them a zero. My car was vandalized I looked at all the body shops in the area. This was claimed to be the best one. And boy was they wrong. It started off good so I thought. They had my car for about two three weeks called and said it was ready. I went to go pick it up took my rental back and all. I get there my hood is bubbly, windshield had a crack, windshield wipers on wrong and car had minor scratches that wasn’t there from before, hood had patches missing, mirrors wouldn’t adjust. Caliber told me they will let me know when to bring the car back cause the painter quit and they are borrowing painters but I refused. They said you know what leave it and we will put you in a rental all you have to pay for is the deposit. I got my rental and paid the deposit. They had my car for almost an extra month. Enterprise called and said caliber stated they wasn’t paying for the rental anymore, caliber said I was paying out of pocket and the bill was a little over $1,000. I contacted caliber about it and they said they never said that. Finally got my car back and another windshield was scraped up. I was told they would order the window and give me a call when it arrive

Extended my completion date 3 times. Some delay is expected due to it being a new jeep. Had my jeep for 2 months before they noticed the frame was bent. They wait until the day before or day of to extend the estimated completion. Going on 3 months in the shop with no end in sight. Wanted to add an update: finally got my jeep back. The work don't is not great, still have cosmetic damage, incorrect paint color and now the passenger side door is not aligned.

I brought my car here for repairs after someone backed into it. They did a great job with the repairs. It looks like nothing ever happened to my car. I highly recommend this place to anyone.
